Dr. Pamukcu currently serves as the Chairman, President and CEO of Midway Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company developing therapies for gastrointestinal diseases. Dr. Pamukcu has over 25 years of industry experience in senior leadership positions at numerous biotech and pharmaceutical companies and has directed basic science, pre-clinical drug development, clinical research, regulatory programs, and various aspects of chemical scale-up and manufacturing over the course of decade. Previously as the CSO of Cell Pathways, Dr. Pamukcu was instrumental in obtaining over $140 million of capital and in its transformation into a public company.
