Mr. Hoffman has 30+ years’ experience in financial leadership roles for private and public companies in industries including biotech, CRO and life sciences. He has a multifunctional background in finance, CRO, drug development, SEC reporting, clinical operations, business restructuring, contract negotiation, corporate governance, taxation and partnering with executive teams. Additionally, Mr. Hoffman has led the realignment of a multi-affiliate corporate structure into a cohesive enterprise, and sold three companies for proceeds to shareholders in excess of $1.1 billion.
Education: Larry received his BS in Business Administration from LaSalle University, his Masters of Law (Taxation) from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from temple University.
